Visitors to the University of Utah campus who need accommodations for an event or activity they will be attending should contact the department or office sponsoring or producing the event to request the accommodation.

Commencement
Individuals who have questions regarding the general Commencement event should refer to the Commencement website.
Accommodation requests for Commencement should be made to the Center for Disabilities & Access. Please contact our office at 801-581-5020.
Convocation
Questions about individual Convocation ceremonies should refer to the Convocation website. Students or guests with disabilities (including individuals in wheelchairs and those who have limited mobility) attending Convocation can request accommodations through their college's convocation coordinator or designated representative. Please see the College Convocations website for contact information.
The University provides interpreters, real-time captioning and assistive listening devices for deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors on campus attending U of U sponsored activities. For additional details, please contact the department sponsoring the event and review our Deaf Services page for more information.
Visitor Kiosk Lots or Pay By Phone Stalls

Accessible Parking Stalls
Accessible parking stalls can be found throughout campus. Icons identifying accessible parking locations can be turned on in the "PARKING" options of the Campus Map settings menu.
Campus Shuttle
Regular scheduled/fixed route campus shuttles have lifts and are accessible and available for assisting individuals with mobility concerns around campus.
