Send an email message to info@disability.utah.edu indicating you are a U Asia Student who has completed a new intake form (please include your name and student ID number)

Check your university email for a message from the Center for Disability & Access for information on how to schedule an intake appointment with a consultant

Meet with an Accessibility Consultant to discuss your accommodation needs
