Exam Scheduling
The Final Exam priority scheduling period has passed for Summer 2026.
CDA may still have limited some space to assist you.
Please do not use the exam scheduling form.
To see if space is available for any remaining exams or quizzes with CDA if space is available, you can:
Visit the CDA Office in the Student Services Building, Room 350
Call us at 801-581-5020
CDA cannot proctor same day or next business day exams.
Scheduled exams may not be moved.
Students who have been approved for accommodations for exams, must schedule ALL of their exams and quizzes for the current semester through CDA as soon as possible after accommodation notices have been sent to professors.

- Due to space limitations, students must schedule their exams in advance at least 3 business days prior to exam time (business days are Monday-Friday). It is strongly recommended that students schedule their exam dates, including finals, as early in the semester as possible.
- Exams must be scheduled for the same days and times the class will be taking the exams.

CDA is available to proctor exams Monday - Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm.
