Important Update: Students and faculty, please review our Exam Accommodation Information and Policies for details about CDA proctoring your exams.

Students

Please request your approved accommodations as soon as possible through the CDA Online Portal. Once your memos have been sent, it is your responsibility to schedule ALL of your exams and quizzes for the current semester through CDA as soon as possible.

Due to space limitations, CDA cannot schedule same day exams. Exams being scheduled for the for the next business day must be scheduled no later than 2 PM.

Faculty

If you would like CDA to proctor your students' exams, please make sure to add all quiz and exam dates for your course(s) when you complete the accommodation form located on the CDA Faculty Portal.

CDA does not have a designated testing center and needs this information as early in the semester to procure sufficient testing space. CDA is not able to proctor same day exams. Exams should be provided to CDA by noon the business day prior to the exam in order to facilitate the process of exam proctoring.

The Universal Design & Access Committee has been overseeing the “Path to a More Accessible U” project. We need your help with a survey which aims to provide recommendations and strategies to make the University campus more accessible and inclusive.

Are you interested in working with a Peer Mentor?

The Center for Disability & Access offers the UReach Peer Mentor Program for eligible CDA students to meet one on one with a peer mentor throughout the school year and learn about campus resources, strengthen self advocacy skills, and increase executive funcitioning, and build a social network.
